Terms of Service

Welcome to The Buzzer (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Summary (Plain Language)
- You can submit invite codes & metadata you have the right to share.
- No spam, scraping at scale, or abusive automation.
- Public submissions are public & may be cached / aggregated.
- We can remove content that violates guidelines.
- We provide the Service as‑is without warranties.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 and legally able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
3. Accounts & Security
Keep your login secure. You are responsible for actions under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
4. User Content
You retain rights to content you submit. By submitting you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to store, display and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You represent that: (a) you have the right to share the invite code / data; (b) sharing does not breach confidentiality, law, or third‑party terms.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Uploading illegal, infringing, malicious or deceptive content.
- Attempting to bypass security or rate limits.
- Automated scraping beyond what a normal user would perform.
- Commercial resale of access without permission.
- Misrepresenting affiliation with any app or publisher.
5A. Prohibited Submissions (Invite Codes / Links)
You may ONLY submit invite codes, links or access tokens you have the legal right and authorization to share. You may NOT submit (and we may remove without notice):
- Paid or commercial license keys or subscription activators
- Single‑use authentication, MFA, 2FA, recovery, password reset, or security codes
- Internal, staging, pre‑release, NDA, friends‑and‑family or confidential test builds not intended for public redistribution
- Access obtained via breach, social engineering, scraping private dashboards or resale markets
- Codes or links that expose personal data or confidential business information
- Anything intended to circumvent a product’s security, paywall or abuse protections
- Reposted codes explicitly marked “do not share” by the originating service
You represent and warrant that each submission complies with the above. We may suspend or ban accounts for repeated or intentional violations.
6. Removal / Moderation
We may remove or disable content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or severe violations.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos and product names referenced remain the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with listed apps or games unless explicitly stated.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind (express, implied or statutory). We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, availability of invite codes, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the greater of: (a) USD $50 or (b) the amounts you paid us (if any) in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from (a) your content; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of law or third‑party rights.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access with notice where practical. Sections intended to survive (license, disclaimers, limitations) will survive termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be signaled by updating the date above.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
If you reside in the EU/EEA or UK, these Terms are governed by the laws of that jurisdiction in which we have our primary European establishment (EU/EEA member state law, excluding its conflict of law rules) and disputes may be brought in the courts of that member state. If you reside elsewhere, the laws of the United States (state of primary administration, excluding conflict of law principles) govern and disputes may be brought in those courts. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your local jurisdiction still apply where required.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
14. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy which explains how we process personal data (including international transfers relying on Standard Contractual Clauses where required). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy about data processing specifics, the Privacy Policy controls for those topics.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature‑specific notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings.
