FAQ
What is The Buzzer?
A community layer for invite‑only apps & games: browse listings, see current availability, request access, or queue when none are open.
How do I claim an invite?
Open an app page and hit Request. If a code is available it is instantly assigned and shown to you. If not, you are placed in a queue with a position number until a contribution frees one.
What happens if no invites are available?
You can Join Waitlist (queue). Your numeric position is stored; when a new valid invite is contributed the system can allocate it in order.
Do I need an account to share or claim?
You can share invites anonymously, but you must be signed in to claim or join a queue. Auth prevents abuse and lets us keep queue positions consistent.
What does “donations” mean on the stats page?
It refers to invite codes contributed by the community (not money). The count is aggregated from successful, unclaimed invite submissions.
Are you affiliated with listed products?
No. Listings are community generated or publicly sourced. Trademarks belong to their owners.
What codes are NOT allowed to be shared?
Anything intended to stay private: paid license keys, personal or single‑use recovery / security codes, internal company test or staging invites, NDA / friends‑and‑family builds, resale / monetized access, or codes that reveal personal data. These will be removed if detected.
How do you handle abuse or invalid codes?
Submissions are pattern‑validated (regex when provided) and can be removed. Failed claims reduce visibility; suspicious activity can trigger revocation.
